A severance agreement is a payment by an employer to an employee at the employee's termination, usually in exchange for a waiver of claims and legal rights to sue the employer.

RIGHTS
Data breaches such as an email hack, robo/spam calls, and defective electronics, vehicles, and other products may be grounds for a lawsuit against the manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and/or company.
